Do you have a vision for your wedding day which includes romantic, whimsical blooms, unique to your day and personal to you?  If your dream is for lush and laid-back garden-style arrangements, then I would love to hear from you - pop over to my contact page to get in touch.

Whether you are looking for a simple bouquets & buttonholes service or the full works, I can advise you on flexible options and ideas to suit your budget.

If you are local or live further afield, I offer a personal, tailored service with a friendly approach.  I often plan weddings with couples based outside the UK as well as for those who live right here in Herefordshire.

We can arrange a virtual meeting or call where I can get to know a little about you, chat about your inspiration and ideas, favourite flowers, colours and looks and find out what what arrangements will make your venue spaces sing.

Since 2016, I have worked at many fabulous wedding venues across Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Shropshire and Wales.  I cover any location within 1 hour of Bromyard.

My wedding work has been featured in British Vogue, Rock My Wedding, Wedding Chicks and Coco Wedding Venues and I am a trusted, recommended supplier for several local venues including Homme House, Left Bank, Hereford, Lyde Court and The Haybarn at Dulas.  I have a brilliant line-up of fellow suppliers who I will happily recommend to you to help bring your dream team together.

You can read more about my planning process for wedding florals in the FAQ section below.

How far ahead should I book my wedding florist?

As with most suppliers, my florist services are often secured quite far in advance of the big day - sometimes up to 2 years ahead of a wedding date, particularly for weddings held during summer months and bank holidays.

Make an enquiry as early on in your planning journey as possible and if we fit, secure your date with the booking fee!

Do you have a minimum spend for wedding florals?

Between April and October, I have no minimum spend for wedding flowers - I'm just as happy working on small, intimate weddings and elopements, or providing a bouquets & buttonholes service as I am working on large scale events.

Outside of these dates, a minimum order value of £900 applies (excluding delivery & set up).  This is because I am likely to be sourcing most of the flowers during the colder months from other growers and wholesalers with minimum spends.

How does the planning process work?

Once I've received your enquiry, I aim to respond within 48 hours with a friendly email, including my pricelist and full wedding enquiry form providing I am available on your wedding date.

After you have completed and returned the form along with a few inspiration images, I am usually able to provide an estimate of costs for the arrangements and my services within a few days.

If you are happy with the quote, we can schedule a phone call or virtual meeting to discuss the details and get to know one another a little.

A booking fee of £100 is required to secure the date on my calendar.  I will then start to work on your visual plan and proposal and share this with you.

Plans can be tweaked and amended up until a couple of months prior to the big day, but I politely ask that your final amendments do not reduce the overall price by more than 20% originally quoted.

We will chat again roughly 6-8 weeks before the wedding date to discuss all of the finer details and logistics and decide on final colours, flowers and finishing touches.

A final invoice will be produced for settlement no later than two weeks before the wedding date.

How can we make our wedding more sustainable?

I use as many homegrown and British blooms as possible in my designs and have great relationships with fellow local growers, meaning that lots of the flowers I use will have travelled very few miles to grace your wedding day.

By trusting me to source the very best fresh flowers available at the time of your wedding, you will be opting for seasonal abundance, resulting in unique and personal arrangements for your big day.

That being said, I do use some imported flowers in my work particularly during the cooler months to widen the variety of material available.

We can look at using 100% British flowers for your wedding if you are completely flexible to flower types and don't have an overly strict colour palette in mind.

I am committed to avoiding the use of green floral foam in my work which is a single use plastic and home compost all green waste after an event.

I often use live plants in designs which is another great way to make your wedding more planet friendly.

What should we do with the flowers after our wedding?

Your wedding flowers are yours to keep, so deciding what to do with them after the big day needs a little consideration beforehand, especially if you are holding a large-scale event.

Many couples choose to gift arrangements to their guests at the end of the night, donate flowers to a local care home or hospice or place on the graves of loved ones.

There are lots of options available for preserving your bouquet - drying, pressing, setting in resin and ceramics...the list goes on!  I'm happy to send you some recommendations for talented craftspeople who can produce something ever-lasting with your beloved blooms.

Do you charge for delivery & set up

Yes, this will be the final item on your quote or invoice.  I charge a rate for mileage and a cost for time spent onsite setting up, moving items between ceremony and reception and clear down if applicable.  For larger events I may need to factor in a cost to pay freelancers too.
