As fresh flowers are a perishable product delivery will be made on first attempt. Please leave delivery instructions at checkout.

A photograph will be taken as proof of safe delivery.

Flowers will arrive hydrated, in a water source. Care instructions for thereafter will be provided with the bouquet and are the responsibility of the recipient.

No returns or refunds can be accepted unless damage/loss occurs during transit.
For local delivery within a 5 mile radius of Bromyard only, Wednesday - Saturday.
